WAKE UP AND START YOUR DAY FULLY ENERGIZED!

Pranayamas are yogic breathing practices that intend to bring more prana (vital energy) in your body. 10-15 minuets of breath exercises in the morning can drastically improve your wellbeing and help you to feel energized throughout the day.

Here is 3 useful morning pranayamas:

  1. Cleaning practice – breathing in/out through the mouth – first 10 times you are breathing in your stomach imagining a flow of energy coming from the universe and entering through your head. On the breath out you let go everything imagining this flow coming out through your root chakra. Then you do 10 times in the opposite direction. On the breath in energy comes in your body trough your root chakra and coming out on the exhale through the top of your head.
  2. Bhastrika – one of the best technics to increase Prana (vital energy) – breathing in/out through your nose –  inhale and exhale forcefully at the rate of one second per cycle. IMPORTANT: Make sure the breath is coming from your diaphragm; keep your head, neck, shoulders, and chest still while your belly moves in and out. Start with 30 second and increase till 1 min once you get more experienced.
  3. Alternate nostril breathing – balancing energy in your body – Using the right thumb, softly close the right nostril, and inhale as slowly as you can through the left nostril, then close it with your ring finger. Pause. Open and exhale slowly through the right nostril. With the right nostril open, inhale slowly, then close it with the thumb. Pause. Exhale through the left nostril. Once your exhalation is complete, inhale through the left. Pause before moving to the right. Repeat this pattern 20-25  times.

Don’t get up after breathing right away give yourself 3-5 minuets to sit in still, feel changes in your body and send love and gratitude.
